This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for cleaning services provided by Green Luxe Cleaning Ottawa. It details the scope of our services, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
Preparing for Your Cleaning
To help us provide the best service possible, we ask that you take a few simple steps before our arrival:
Tidy Up Personal Belongings – Please remove personal items, valuables, and excessive clutter from floors, countertops, and furniture to allow for a thorough clean.
Secure Pets – For their safety and to avoid distractions, we recommend keeping pets in a designated area during cleaning.
Provide Access – Ensure our team has access to your home or business at the scheduled time. If keys, codes, or special instructions are needed, please arrange them in advance.
Special Requests – If you have specific cleaning preferences or areas needing extra attention, let us know before your appointment.
Utilities Availability – Please make sure water and electricity are available so our team can perform all tasks effectively.
If the space is not adequately prepared, additional charges may apply, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Paper Tawels
For a hygienic bathrooms cleaning, we ask all of our clients to provide us with 2 rolls of quality paper towels. The results will not be as good with the use a microfiber cloth/towel as hair and dirt will just get spread around. We will happilly compost the towels if a paper bag is provided.
Alternatively, if you would like for us to provide the two paper towel rolls, a charge of $5.00 will be added to you total.

At Green Luxe Cleaning Ottawa, we strive to make every cleaning appointment as smooth as possible. Please review our arrival procedures to ensure your home is ready for our team of skilled Ukrainian professionals.
Time
Our team will arrive within the scheduled time window.Many things can affect even the best planned schedule.
Access
Keys and Alarm Systems
At Green Luxe Cleaning Ottawa, the security of your property is our top priority. We have strict procedures for managing your keys and alarm systems. All keys are securely stored and coded to ensure confidentiality. Our cleaning professionals are trained to handle alarm systems with care and follow your specific instructions. In the event of an alarm activation, we will immediately contact you and the appropriate authorities.
Please note that 100% of your cleaning fee will be applied if we cannot enter your home on the day of your scheduled cleaning(i.e.if the garage keypad is not working,if the door code is not working,or no key is left for us)
Our Commitment to Safety
- If we see cockroaches or bedbugs in your home we will immediately stop the cleaningand and leave. A charge of 50$ will incur,even the scheduled cleaning has not commenced. We walue our employees and take their safety very seriously,so our policy requires that they not lift anything heavier that 35 lbs, not use ladders. Ingury prevention is really important to us and so is avoiding any possible damage to your house.
Cancellation Policy
At GreenLuxe Cleaning Ottawa, we understand that sometimes schedules change. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This policy helps us compensate our cleaning professionals for their time and travel expenses.
Payment Policies
We accept payments via cash and e-transfer. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. A late fee of 10% will be applied to invoices not paid within 15 days. For recurring services, payment schedules will be agreed upon in advance.
